He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences by the Polytechnical University of Barcelona, and an Advanced Management Program by IESE Business School. Before joining our Firm, he was for four years Director of EGON ZEHNDER, leading the High Technology practice. He was later appointed Partner at BOYDEN Barcelona. Along his career as Executive Search Consultant, he has carried out a big number of searches in the Technology, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Professional Services and Board Practices. He started his career at Coopers & Lybrand, as a business consultant and then Associate Director and member of their Spanish Board and European IT Steering Committee. Javier gained valuable experience as CEO of a startup business, MABB Sistemas Interactivos, from which he joined IBM Global Services as Principal of eBusiness Strategy. He was subsequently appointed Global Services Midmarket Director and member of its Spanish Board. His international experience also includes working with SUN MICROSYSTEMS as Strategic Alliances Director and member of the Marketing Committee, and COMPAREX, where he led Spain-Northeast operations as Business Director and member of the Spanish Board. There, he also managed Microstrategy business intelligence software business for key global accounts. In 2012 he joins Robert Allen-Horton as Managing Partner. Javier Beneyto speaks Spanish and English.
Medical Doctor, PDG by IESE and Hospital Management Program by ESADE. His main areas of expertise are health care, pharmaceuticals, professional services, insurance companies and service companies. He has a deep knowledge of the Health Sector, having been the CEO of three different hospitals and other health services companies, including the Association of Private Clinics of Catalonia (ACES). In 1999 he designed, founded and managed as CEO Advance Medical, a worldwide leader in remote second medical opinions, which currently has over 600 direct employees and has subsidiaries in 5 different countries (U.S.A., Brazil, Hungary and Chile). He has over 15 years of experience in consulting, since 2009 in executive search, and later he joined as Consultant Robert Allen–Horton, and also as CEO of its subsidiary Talent Finders. Pedro Torrabadella speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian, and is conversant with German and Portuguese.
He holds a B.B.A. with honours from Deusto University. Manuel has an important experience in Industrial, Financial Services and Strategy Management consultancy. After a period as Financial Manager of INDUCOSA, he joined ABENGOA GRUP as Regional Director of the North of Spain. Afterwards, he joined INDUSTRIAL BANK OF CATALONIA-BANCA CATALANA as Director of their main office in Bilbao, being promoted to Regional Director in 1984. In 1990 he joined RONALD BERGER Management Consulting as the Director of their Office of Bilbao, developing and managing directly important projects of consultancy. In 1998 he joined IBV GROUP as Director of SOCINTEC’s Subsidiaries Division, also dedicated to strategic consultancy. In 2004, he joins ROBERT ALLEN-HORTON as Managing Partner. Manuel Cardenal speaks Spanish, English and French.
Holds a B.A in Law, magna cum laude, and an MBA from IESE Business School. Miguel has a good expertise in Industry, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and Real Estate. He started his career in BANCO ATLANTICO, he joined CEYS in 1977 as Commercial Manager, and was later promoted to Managing Director, attaining the company the leadership in the specialized adhesives market. Thereafter he joined the Madrid office of SPENCER STUART, and was later promoted to Head of their Barcelona office. In 1989 he joined our firm as Managing Director, being member of the Board of several companies. Miguel de Gomis speaks Spanish, English, French and Catalan.
Degree in Law, Degree in Business Administration, and Executive-MBA by Instituto de Empresa. He has a wide national and international experience as Executive Director, an important part within Dalkia (Veolia Energy), a multinational company where he was Head of Global Internal Control (based in Paris), General Manager of a Spanish subsidiary, Corporate CFO for Spain and Mexico, and Regional Manager. Previously Division Director at Metaliberica, and CFO at Contenur and Consenur (subsidiaries of the Uralita Group). Joaquin has a big expertise in the Industry and Public Service Practices, having worked with companies of the Automotive, Health and Hospital sectors . Concerning Services, he has significant experience in media companies, energy services, comprehensive solutions, clinical, hospital waste management and urban waste management, maintenance of municipal contracts, etc. He has experience in acquisitions, cultural integration and change management , with a deep understanding of organizations. Joaquín speaks English and French.
