Juan Arza

Juan F. Arza is an Advisory Partner of Robert Allen in Spain.

He has been Director at Mercer Consulting and Manager at HayGroup (now, Korn Ferry). He is an expert in performance and compensation management, and HR policies design. He teaches different subjects in MBA and HR Master programs for business schools as Barcelona School of Management, Centro de Estudios Financieros, ESADE and La Salle BES. He collaborates as an expert with some of Spain's most important media like Cope and Expansión.

Juan holds a Degree in Political Science from the UAB, an MBA from ESADE, a Master in Strategic People Management from the UPC, and PDD from IESE. He has been trained as a coach at the European School of Coaching, one of the leading schools in Spain in this area.

Juan has extensive experience in coaching processes for clients such as Barcelona City Council, Barcelona Autonomous University, Morabanc Group, Pescanova, Roche Diagnostics and Zurich Insurance Group.
